Shipping Policy

We accept returns only if the product is damaged during shipping, and the request is made within 7 days of delivery.

 

Proof Requirement
A continuous unboxing video (no cuts or edits) is mandatory as proof. Photos will not be accepted.
The video must clearly show the package being opened and the damage.

Verification & Approval
Send the unboxing video to us via WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
If validated by our team, we will approve the return.

Return & Replacement Process

  • Shipping Back: Once approved, you must send the product back to our office (address provided after approval) at your own expense.

  • Condition: The product must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Replacement Only: Upon verification, we will send you a replacement of the same product at our cost. No cash refunds will be issued.
